We use only Texas post oak in our smokers. Considered a premium wood for Texas BBQ, it imparts great flavor, but does not overpower. Enjoy! Each order of smoked meat is roughly 1/2lb. Served with cornbread, bread & butter pickles and Texas toast or make it a single, meat only. Meats are first-come, first-served.
